Presented by: Jodi Eisenstadt, President Eisen Alliance, LLc

Do you know anyone who is highly competent at work, yet oblivious to his or her negative impact on others in the workplace? After a few attempts to intervene, employers often choose to minimize or overlook such conduct because the leader is viewed as too productive to lose. In this program, we will address the following:

·         Understanding the impact of bullying in the workplace

·         False assumptions about bullying and other abrasive conduct

·         Why employees don’t intervene

·         What can organizations do?

·         What can targets and witnesses do?

Jodi Eisenstadt, Esq., SPHR investigates workplace complaints, provides training on how to improve workplace communication and effectiveness, and coaches abrasive leaders. Jodi is a member of the Boss Whispering Institute, a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a certified mediator, and a member of the Illinois bar.  She has developed and facilitated training programs on employment law and HR topics.
