PREPARING FOR AND MASTERING THE VIDEO INTERVIEW
Presented by: John Kovanda, Head of Sales, RIVS Digital Interviews
Thanks to technology, job seekers no longer have to meet face to face with a
potential employer. Video interviewing can get you in front of key decision
makers without having to take time for a meeting and it is becoming a standard
part of the hiring process for many employers. Companies are utilizing video
interviewing to improve their quality of hire while reducing their hiring costs
and it’s important to prepare accordingly. In this session, we’ll discuss the
different forms of video interviewing technology, what to expect from a hiring
process that includes a video interview, and best practices for job seekers to
master the video interview.
John Kovanda is Head of Sales for RIVS Digital Interviews, a web-based technology built for digital voice and video interviews. Founded in 2012, RIVS has built a community of over 950 organizations globally that use their software to facilitate over an interview per minute. John has an MBA from Northern Illinois University and a BA from Carthage College.
