One-Stop Operator Procurement
Federal law requires the one-stop operator in local workforce areas be competitively procured by the local workforce innovation board (LWIB). That competitive selection results in a binding contract for payment between the LWIB and the one-stop operator for specific services. This webinar will review the requirements for one-stop operator procurement and invoicing. It will also review how you can ensure the process is transparent in the competitive procurement, payment terms, and contributions toward those costs if it is shared among required partners in your local area.
Resources will be provided, including the most recent state guidance for one-stop operator procurement, a one-stop operator agreement template, and a sample invoice for one-stop operator services.
