Description Attend the 1st Annual Illinois Tradeswomen Recruitment & Lobby Day to learn about the building and construction trades and the various job opportunities available to all women across Illinois! This event is open to women of all ages and all experience levels. From recent/upcoming high school graduates looking to start a great career to women employed in other industry sectors, to women returning to the workforce after raising a family, to women looking for employment - all are welcome and able to be a part of the construction industry. Whether or not you have worked with tools, find a trade that matches your interests! Every building trade offers strong/equitable pay, apprentice training, and the support of a union contract.
