Tom was a small business owner that was having trouble getting enough jobs to support his family.  He inquired about truck driving training because he was exposed to it through the construction industry and had heard that jobs were readily available.  With the help of funding from the Livingston Workforce Services, he enrolled in class at Joliet Junior College and obtained his CDL with high marks.  He is now working full time making almost $2000 per week.
