Program Details

After I was finished with school, I was told about the RTAA program by my Caseworker. This program helped me get back in the Workforce without having to take the highest paying job and it allowed me the opportunity to work in the field I went to school for. I started working in restaurant maintenance and really liked what I was doing. My Caseworker walked me through all the paperwork, which was very simple to get through with not a lot of paperwork to keep it going. "I lost the best job I ever had and the programs offered made it easy and affordable for me to get back into the workforce in a field I had always wanted to work in." Tyisha, my caseworker made the two-year transition easy for me and I don't believe I would have made it through without her. When I started I thought it would be a long journey, but the time was gone before I knew it and I am now working a job that I enjoy doing. Thanks to all the people who made it possible!
