  1. LWIBs that meet or exceed the fifty percent (50%) expenditure rate may be eligible to receive an incentive award based on:
    1. Number of Participants who completed a training program that was intended to lead to employment in a demand occupation; or
    2. Number of Participants who received employment in a high-demand occupation that resulted from the completion of a training program that was intended to lead to such employment in a demand occupation.
  2. The total incentive available for meeting the required expenditure level is part of the annual performance incentive award and distributed in accordance with the Incentives and Sanctions for Performance section of the policy manual, and subsequent changes.
