  1. The Complainant receives a written Notice of Final Action within 90 days of the receipt of a complaint.  If the investigating authority finds reasonable cause to believe that the respondent has violated the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions of WIOA, the Notice of Final Action shall include:
    1. The specific findings of the investigation;
    2. An explanation of the reasons underlying the decision;
    3. A description of the way the parties resolved the issue;
    4. The corrective action and timeline; and
    5. Notice that the complainant has the right to file a complaint with the Civil Rights Center Director within 30 days of the issuance date of the Notice of Final Action if the complainant is dissatisfied.
