Interpersonal Relationships

  • Have a high level of social contact and communicate with others by phone, e-mail, memos and in person every day.
  • Occasionally deal with conflict situations and people who may be upset or angry.
  • Work as part of a team or group.

Physical Work Conditions

  • Almost always work indoors.
  • Work near others usually in a shared office space.

Work Performance

  • Must be very exact in their work and be sure all details are done correctly.
  • Repeat the same mental and physical activities.
  • Regularly make decisions that affect customers. They often seek counsel from supervisors.

  • Work an established schedule each week.
  • May work part time or full time.
