Refund Policy Under the law you have the right, among others, to pay the full amount due and to obtain under certain conditions a partial refund of the finance charges. A student will receive a full refund if he/she cancels the enrollment agreement, in writing in accordance with the stipulations above and given to the Director of The Body Therapy Center School of Massage. If the student does not give notice of cancellation in writing, the unexplained absence of a student from school for more than 15 school days constitutes constructive notice of cancellation to the school. For purposes of cancellation, the date is the last day of attendance. |
