Program Description

This hands-on training is ideal for any individual who wants to start an Information Technology career, and teaches you the skills needed to be a computer service technician and network professional. The program covers installation, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and security of computer hardware, software, operating systems, peripherals, cabling, and networks. This program's training is a prerequisite for more advanced programs, even from other vendors, including Cisco Networking and all forms of system administration. This program will also prepare you for three highly recognized professional certifications: CompTIA A+ (two) and CompTIA Network+. Certification exam vouchers are included as part of this program. Prerequisites: familiarity with the function of a computer network and basic knowledge of the difference between hardware and software.
