Program Description

The Continuing Education PMP Certification Prep course prepares new and experienced managers to excel with structured project implementation and managerial skills. Individuals with less than three years of work experience can qualify to take the Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI). Highly experienced individuals with 7500 hours of project management or 4500 hours of project management experience, along with a bachelor's degree can qualify to apply for PMP designation. The course exceeds the 35 contract hours required by PMI. Students must qualify to apply to the Project Management Institute for the CAPM or PMP certification. The continuing education Business Analyst Program teaches the analytical and process-mapping skills essential to businesses seeking to improve processes and information flow. You will gain an understanding to the structure, policies and operations of an organization.
