Program Description

The Engineering Technology/Fabrication Certificate curriculum provides the student with field experience to advance their knowledge of modern elements of fabrication, from an introduction to maunfacturing with shop safety and manual machining operations through the use of CAD/CAM software interfacing with automated CNC equipment. Also included in the certificate is a course on the basics of machine elements, needed in the repair and maintenance of the high-end equipment of today's automated manufacturing facilities.

All interested participants must meet with Program Coordinator Antigone Sharris for prior enrollment approval. She can be reached at antigonesharris@triton.edu or at (708) 456-0300 X3622. All tuition, fee, book and exam costs are subject to change by Triton College. This fees are the responsibility of the participant or the sponsoring service provider. The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $8,000.
