Program Description

This 240-hour online Pharmacy Technician course will prepare you to work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist in hospitals, home infusion pharmacies, community pharmacies or other health care settings. Learn Federal law, medications, aseptic techniques, calculations, and everyday pharmacy operations. Prepares you for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) exam. Textbook, exam preparation materials and fees for one sitting of the PTCB exam included. Must be at least 18 years of age at time of enrollment.

Those clients already approved to study at Harper should call Diane Tarver at 847-925-6757 to arrange for a Letter of Intent. Upon receipt of voucher, course materials will be sent to participant. The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $3,000.
