Application Procedure

WIOA or Trade program customers may do initial "program exploration" paperwork with Diane Carter-Zubko by calling 847-758-2372 or emailing dcarterz@harpercollege.edu for an appointment. When client's agency approves Harper as training provider, agency sends referral form and Release of Information Waiver to Diane Carter-Zubko, who will provide application fee waiver code and refer client for academic advising to create training/cost plan. Continued academic advising is required each semester until program completion. The maximum tuition and fees amount approved for this occupation is $8,000.

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Math - Math 101 or higher
  • Reading - Per placement test cut-off scores
  • Language - Instruction is in English
  • Writing - Per placement test cut-off scores
  • Prerequisites - MTH 101 and ENG 101
  • Other - Advising required each semester of program
