Program Description
This program is designed for Project Managers or Managers who are interested in gaining more exposure into the business side of IT. You will learn the Six Sigma DMAIC process, how to write effective use cases, strategy management for IT services and SharePoint software.
Depending on your experience, you can choose from any course listed in the catalog under Project Management. For Agile, you can choose from any course listed under our Agile offerings. You can also choose from any Business Analysis, Data Analysis and/or Big Data courses from our catalog to satisfy your Business Analysis offering.
Upon completion of all certification exams, you will receive a PMP, Certified Agile Scrum, ITIL and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Directions will provide a Scholarship off the listed price to match a $10,000 voucher.
