  1. Determination of an LWIA’s eligibility for incentive bonus awards or sanctions will be based upon participant data from the Illinois Workforce Development System (IWDS).
    1. Only transactions recorded by the annual deadline will be used in this determination. 
    2. An LWIA’s incentive award for a program year will not be adjusted upward to compensate for improved performance resulting from transactions recorded after the annual deadline.
    3. The annual deadline will be announced in a WIOA Notice.
  2. OET will continually monitor each LWIA’s reporting of participant data.
